Jane has 21 years of experience working with a wide array of clients. She has always been fascinated by our human body, especially human biomechanics.  After graduating college in 1999, she decided to follow my passion, which is to help a lot of people be as pain free as possible.  The last couple of decades she’s seen incredible results in many clients who had severe lower back, knee, hip or shoulder pain and many who were preparing back surgery or knee/hip replacement.


Her goal is to prevent you from needing surgery or any medical intervention. Of course there are severe cases where surgery is the best option, in which case she does PRE-HAB coaching and will continue to work with you for the quickest possible recovery. With conventional medicine, they often focus on treating pain and symptoms, and not necessarily the root cause.  Jane prefers to focus on the whole you by doing a thorough postural assessment of your body. This is where she becomes a detective to discover the cause(s) of your pain and symptoms and from there, create a plan to help you feel better and eliminate pain. The plan entails; soft tissue work, mobility, holistic rehab and nutrition.

Her approach to health and wellness is to follow the 6 principle foundations of holistic living in order to help you understand how to balance your yin and your yang.
